Exports of Goods and Service tax

A Company is engaged in exports of goods relating to Iron & Steel Industry. Now this Company is using the services of Clearing & Forwarding agents & Banking & Financial Services in this regards... According to the provisions, these both services are exempted and the Company can demand refund of the payment made...Plz guide me whether my interpretation of the ACT is correct and if not wht is the provision...
