Please refer Point of Taxation Rules, 2011.
Payment of service tax depends on either billing or payment receipt which ever takes place earlier as per the provisions of Point of Taxation Rules rrkothapally
Yes refer to Point of taxation rules 2011, Mr reddy has correctly stated that which ever incidence occurs first, it will depend on that
