Under this Can a Export unit Claim service tax refund on Service Tax Paid on Forward Contracts.

Dear Sir,

Yes, the Export unit can claim refund of service tax paid on Forward Contracts. 

Alternatively, instead of claiming refund, such service tax credit can be utilised for payment of service tax w.r.t services provided in India or payment of Excise Duty in India.
