sir,

from this half year return has  to file online. we are providing service below ten lacs, thie half year we have provide service of 350000. my question is, where we should reflect the figur while filing online return or we should file nil return.

In my opinion you have to file a nil return reflecting the above figure and claiming exemption by quoting the Exemtion Notification No. (which I think is 08/2009)
