Could you tell me how many products is free from CENVAT levy ?

Though there is no sure shot list depicting the exempted products but you can refer General Exemption Notifications as mentioned in the tariff to have to gist on exempted products.  Furthre, exemption could be absolute or partial or conditional.

The items which are not listed in the central excise tariff is free from central excise leve, however I would like to tell you that there is hardly any item which is free from cenvat levy. Yes, by general exemptions many items have been made free from levey of duty, but no such list can be provided. Better contact the department or any consultant to know if your item attracts duty or not.

Some primary agricultural products definitely attracts NIL rate of duty.
