Please brief what servcie involve in this & also provide import services list on which servie tax impose .

Please give briefe idea on EXPORT IMPORT SERVICES .

Dear Mr Sachin

You have to specify which services you receive from abroad to enable one to advice on your  service tax liabilty . Import of services are taxed under reverse charge mechanism  depending on the category of services whch are divided into three categories.Similalarly export of services are also divided into three categories.
