you are requested to please give me the suggestion regarding the cause of late filling the appeal in tribunal for mention the cause on the appeal of condonation

Any authentic reason will work but fabricated will not stand in the eye of law.  Whatever reason you plead in you condonation of delay for filing of appeal, should have concrete reasons, otherwise, the CESTAT will not allow your appeal.
