Therefore, the penalty imposed on the appellants deserves to be reduced and the same is accordingly reduced to Rs. 50,000/-. Pre-deposit amount of the appellants shall be adjusted towards this penalty amount. The impugned order accordingly stands modified and appeal of the appellant .....
