..... ification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 36/87-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1987, namely :- In paragraph 1 of the said notification, after the second proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely :- "Provided also that a manufacturer of such cement may effect clearances of such cement in any calendar month at the rate of duty .....
