..... hereby makes the following rules to amend the Income-tax (Dispute Resolution Panel) Rules, 2009 , namely :- 1. (1) These rules may be called the Income-tax (Dispute Resolution Panel) (First Amendment) Rules, 2012. (2) They shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2.
