..... n terms of the Foreign Exchange (Compounding Proceedings) Rules, 2000 , effective from June 1, 2000, Reserve Bank is empowered to compound contraventions relating to rule 7 , 8 and 9 of and the third schedule to the Foreign Exchange Management (Current Account Transactions) (FEMCAT) Rules, 2000 .
