Therefore, the impugned orders passed by the respondent are violative of principles of natural justice and hence, the same are liable to be set aside. 8. In the result, the Writ Petitions are allowed and the impugned orders passed in the above Writ Petitions dated 23.04.2018, 23.04.2018, 25.04.2018, 02.04.2018 and 24.04.2018, respectively are set aside.
