Notifications     Companies Law

The NCLT Amendment Rules, 2025 modify recruitment and service conditions for tribunal employees. Key amendments include: (1) renaming Stenographer Grade-II to Grade-I/Personal Assistant, (2) adjusting age limits for stenographic positions from 25 to 27 years, (3) modifying transcription speed and time requirements, and (4) extending age relaxation for government servants up to 40 years. The amendments align with Staff Selection Commission guidelines and provide expanded opportunities for government employees seeking tribunal positions. These changes become effective upon official gazette publication, enhancing recruitment flexibility and standardizing service conditions for NCLT personnel.
