This module is intended to bring efficiency and transparency and reduce the cost of compliance for the trade. The detailed working of CRCL module is as follows: Group AO (APR) Shed EO (INS) CRCL Admin (CLABADM) Shed AO (SUP) CRCL Officer (CLAB) Generates Test Memo in ICES Send Test Memo/Sealed Sample to CRCL physically in ICES Receive and allocate Test Memo to CRCL officer for testing and verifying samples See the Test Report in ICES and give OOC or take further action required Test & verify the samples and make report entry in ICES to forward test report to OOC officer in ICES 2.) After selecting the "Sample Test Entry" option, the officer has to enter the Bill of Entry no and Date; Officer has to select the Invoice and Item No for which the sample has to be drawn, System will display the item description. Officer has to select/enter the Lab type and Lab code. Press for help. System will display the list of labs, where the item selected can be tested (based on the CTH Number- Positive or Negative List). System will also display the test instruction of the item, if available in the directory. If system does not show the list of labs automatically, type CL in Lab type, to enter lab code as CL01BOM1 for CRCL, ACC, Sahar and type .....
