The High Court of Calcutta allowed the appeal in an execution case, ruling that the petition of execution filed by the decree-holders on May 25, 1933, was valid despite a procedural defect of not filing a vakalatnama. The Court held that the case was not barred by limitation. The appeal was allowed with costs in all Courts.
