Rule 1	:	Short title and commencement.
Rule 2	:	Definitions.
Rule 3	:	Transfer of moneys to the General Revenue Account of the Central Government.
Rule 4	:	Statement to Registrar.
Rule 4A	:	Particulars of dividend transferred to General Revenue Account
Rule 5	:	Maintenance of account by the registrar.
Rule 6	:	Claim for payment.
FORM No. I	:	Statement of unpaid or unclaimed dividend and interest thereon transferred to general revenue account of the Central Government
FORM No. II	:	Application to the Central Government for an order for payment of the dividend amount out of the General Revenue Account of the Central Government Pursuant to section 205B of the Companies Act, 1956
FORM No. III	:	Form of Indemnity Bond
