Definitions. 02. In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires: (a) "Act" means the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956); (b) "Central Government" means the Department of Company Affairs of the Central Government for the time being in charge of the administration of the Act; (c) "Form" means a form annexed to these rules; (d) "Punjab National Bank" includes its branches.
