No employee who is not a workman within the meaning of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 shall- (a) Become or continue to be a member or officebearer of, or be otherwise directly or indirectly associated with, any trade union of employees of the Board who are workmen within the meaning of that Act, or a federation of such trade unions; or (b) Resort to, or in any way abet, any form of strike or participate in any violent, unseemly or indecent demonstration in connection with any matter pertaining to his conditions of service or the conditions of service of any other employee of the Board.
