Securities and exchange board of India (Procedure for Board Meetings) Regulations, 2001 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Securities and Exchange Board of India hereby makes the following regulations, namely :- Chapter I Preliminary 1. Short title and commencement (1) These regulations may be called Securities and Exchange Board of India (Procedure for Board Meetings) Regulations, 2001. (2) These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
