[ 1 ]10. Submission of periodical returns. 1. Every recognized association and every registered association shall send to the Forward Markets Commission returns relating to its affairs and the affairs of its members in such form and in such manner and at such times as may be specified in this behalf by the Forward Markets Commission. 2.
