Submission of Information to the Board 30. (1) Where any information is called for by the Board from an Index Provider under these regulations, including any report relating to its activities, the Index Provider shall furnish such information to the Board (a) within the period specified by the Board; or (b) if no such period is specified, then within a reasonable time. (2) Each Index Provider shall, at the close of each accounting period, furnish to the Board copies of its balance sheet and profit and loss account. (3) During the tenure of registration and for the period of one year after the expiration of the registration the Index Provider shall respond to all queries, information and data that may be sought by the Board in connection with its business as an Index provider.
