Amendment of Article 371 . 2. Clause (1) of Article 371 of the Constitution shall be omitted , and in the marginal heading to that article, the words Andhra Pradesh shall be omitted . **************** NOTES:- 1 . Shall come into force, w.e.f. 1st day of July, 1974 vide G.S.R. 297(E), dated 1-7-1974.
