Article 2 - Amendment of Article 239-A - Constitution (27th Amendment) Act, 1971

Amendment of Article 239-A . 2. In Article 239-A of the Constitution, in clause (1), for the words Goa, Daman and Diu, and Pondicherry , the words Goa, Daman and Diu, Pondicherry and Mizoram shall be substituted . ***************** NOTES:- 1 . Shall come into force w.e.f. 15th day of February, 1972 vide G.S.R. 73(E), dated 14-2-1972 .
