CHAPTER II AMENDMENT OF THE COAL MINES PROVIDENT FUND, FAMILY PENSION AND BONUS SCHEMES ACT, 1948 2. Amendment of long title. In the long title to the Coal Mines Provident Fund, Family Pension and Bonus Schemes Act, 1948 (46 of 1948) (hereinafter referred to as the Coal Mines Provident Fund Act), after the words Family Pension Scheme , the words , a Deposit-linked Insurance Scheme shall be inserted.
