Government Updates Export Incentive Scheme RoDTEP Rates Aligned with Customs Tariff Act Modifications Effective May 2025

The GoI's MoCI through DGFT issued Notification No. 10/2025-26 amending the RoDTEP Schedule consequent to changes in the First Schedule of Customs Tariff Act effective 01.05.2025. The notification aligns RoDTEP rates with the amended Customs Tariff Act, modifying Appendix 4R to reflect updated HS Codes, rates, and value caps. Detailed RoDTEP rates are available on the DGFT portal, implementing statutory modifications to facilitate foreign trade regulations and export incentive mechanisms under the Foreign Trade Policy 2023.
