28. Amendment of section 12. In section 12 of the Employees Provident Funds Act, - (a) for the word Scheme , wherever it occurs, the words Scheme or the Insurance Scheme shall be substituted; (b) for the words the Fund , the words the Fund or the Insurance Fund shall be substituted; (c) for the words or provident fund , the words , provident fund or life insurance shall be substituted.
