29. Amendment of section 13. In section 13 of the Employees Provident Funds Act,- (a) in sub-section (1), for the words or the Family Pension Scheme , the words , the Family Pension Scheme or the Insurance Scheme shall be substituted; (b) in sub-section (2), for the word Scheme , wherever it occurs, the words Scheme or the Insurance Scheme shall be substituted.
