1959 (12) TMI 66 - SUPREME COURTExtract: .......he framing of the charge clearly demonstrate him to be an utterly untrustworthy witness. We are satisfied that it would be highly dangerous to act upon his evidence. Without his evidence the other evidence in the case does not establish that the respondent has committed the offence with which he was charged. 15. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
