2022 (3) TMI 1386 - AT - CustomsSeeking for early hearing of appeal - HELD THAT - On going through the averments made in the said application it is opined that the prayer made in support of out of turn hearing merit consideration in the interest of justice. Accordingly the early hearing application is allowed.
The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT Mumbai allowed the applicant's Miscellaneous Application for early hearing of appeal, directing the appeal to be listed for final hearing on 07.06.2022.
