2021 (10) TMI 1350 - HC - GSTTime Limitation - HELD THAT - It is seen that the agreement in question is dated 26th April 2016 with the time for completion being 11 months. Clearly therefore any claim now raised arising from the said contract would be time barred. It is therefore not possible to accede to the prayer of the Petitioner. The writ petition is dismissed.
The High Court of Orissa dismissed the writ petition as the claim arising from the contract dated 26th April, 2016 was found to be time-barred based on the completion time of 11 months. The petitioner's request for a similar order to a previous case was not granted.
