1952 (10) TMI 18 - HIGH COURT OF MADRASExtract: .......nd cannot affect its merits. For reasons given supra, it is quite impossible for us to give the plaintiff any relief in the plaint as framed and on the footing on which he has come to court. We dismiss his appeal, but we consider this to be a fit case in which the parties should be directed to bear their own costs throughout and direct accordingly.
