It is nearly notified for information of all C.H.A. s importers and all concerned that in terms of Public Notice no. 59/98 dt, 01.06.1998 the majority of the work of clearance of 100%of E.O.U. units availing the facility of fast track clearances are being attended by 100% EOU department of Export Promotion Commissionerate whereas only initial scrutiny subsequent order of Out of Charge is given by the A.O./F.T.C.S. of Import Commissionerate. To simplify the procedure of the Fast Tract clearances of 100% EOU, H.T.P.S. S.T.P.s Para 1,4 5 of Public Notice no. 58/99 dt.01.06.1998 has been modified to the extant that henceforth the registration scrutiny out of charge shall be done by A.O./100% E.O.U. itself i.e. the work of A.O./F.T.C.S. shall be attended by A.O./100% EOU for clearance of 100% E.O.U./H.T.P.S.
