Revision of scale of fees and charges for various services rendered - Regarding Circular No. 3/92-CX.6 dated 22-1-1993 [From F.No. 223/1/92/-CX.6] Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Central Board of Excise Customs, New Delhi Subject : Revision of scale of fees and charges for various services rendered - Regarding. Attention to F. No. 223/74/78-CX.6, dated 22-4-1980 on the issue of the rates at which supervision/overtime charges should be recovered from the trade. The above-mentioned circular had clarified that for future whenever a revision in the customs rates takes place, it will automatically apply to the Central Excise side and w.e.f. the date of such revision. New rates have been fixed by the customs non-tariff Notification No. 29/92, dated 1st April, 1992. It is requested that these revised rates may be enforced mutatis mutandis on Central Excise side as well. 2. Trade field formation may be informed suitaly.
