The trade has represented against the long standing pendency of RT-12s. All out efforts should be undertaken to finalise RT 12s within a month of their filing, as far as possible. The trade has also represented against the delay in assigning code numbers to declarants. It should be ensured that code numbers are assigned to the declarants within one week of their filing the declarations as required under Notification No. 13/92.
