Disposal of seized documents/records - Regarding Circular No. 10/92-CX.6 Dated 30-10-1992 [From F. No. 207/103/88-CX.6] Government of India Central Board of Excise Customs New Delhi Subject : Disposal of seized documents/records - Regarding. Reference to Circular No. 48/88-CX.6, dated 10-6-1988 issued under Board's F. No. 207/103/88-CX.6, under which directions were issued for segregation and early return of seized documents/records of alleged parties and also decision taken to monitor the disposal of such cases periodically. It has now been decided by the Board to discontinue the monitoring work of disposal of such cases. It is, therefore, requested that the monthly report being sent by you in this respect may be discontinued forthwith.
