GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, dated: July 1 st , 2017 In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017) , hereinafter referred to as the said Act, the State Government for the purposes of the said Act , hereby, appoints the officers of the State Government posted on the post mentioned in Column number 2 of the table below to exercise the powers and discharge duties of the officers under the said Act as mentioned in Column No. 3 against each of them in the said table:- Table S.
