No. 537/2017 .-ln the notification issued under G.O. (P) No. 62/2017/TAXES dated 30th June, 2017 and published as S.R.O. No. 360/2017 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 1350 dated 30th June, 2017, - (1) In SCHEDULE I-2.5%,- (a) against serial No. 35, in column (3), for Coffee, whether or not roasted or decaffeinated read Coffee roasted, whether or not decaffeinated ; (b) after serial No. 103 and the entries against it in columns (2) and (3), the following serial number and entries shall, respectively, be inserted, namely:- 103A 2302 Bran, sharps and other residues, whether or not in the form of pellets, derived from the sifting, milling or other working of cereals of leguminous plants [other than aquatic feed including shrimp feed and prawn feed, poultry feed cattle feed, including grass, hay and straw, supplement and husk of pulses, concentrates and additives, wheat bran and de-oiled cake] ; (c) against serial No. 165, in column (2), for 2710 19 00 read 2711 19 00 ; (d) against serial No. 234, in column (2), for 84 or 85 read 84, 85 or 94 ; (2) In SCHEDULE II-6%,- (a) after serial No. 16 and the entries against it in columns (2) and (3), the following serial number and entries shall, respectively, be inserted, namely:- 16A 0805 Citrus fruit, such as Orange, Mandarins (including tangerines and satsumas); clementines, wilkings and similar citrus hybrids, Grapefruit, including pomelos, Lemons (Citrus limon, Citrus limonum) and limes (Citrus aurantifolia, Citrus latifolia), dried ; (b) against serial Nos. 47, 48, 49 and 50, in column (2), for 2202 90 10 , 2202 90 20 , 2202 90 90 and 2202 90 30 respectively, read 2202 99 10 , 2202 99 20 , 2202 99 90 and 2202 99 30 ; (3) In SCHEDULE IV-14%,- (a) against serial No. 11, in column (2), for 2202 90 90 read 2202 99 90 ; (b) after serial No. 163 and the entries against it in columns (2) and (3), the following serial number and entries shall, respectively, be inserted, namely:- 163A 8701 Road tractors for semi-trailers of engine capacity more than 1800 cc ; By order of the Governor, MINHAJ ALAM, Secretary to Government. Explanatory Note (This does not form part of the errata, but is intended to indicate its general purport.) The Central Government had issued Corrigendum to their notification No. 1/2017-Central Tax (Rate), dated 28th June, 2017 so as to align and clarify the tax rates of some goods in accordance with the decision of the GST Council. Accordingly, it is necessary to rectify the errors crept in the notification issued under G. O. (P) No. 62/2017 ITAXES dated 30th June, 2017 and published as S.R.O. No. 360/2017 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary N9. 1350 dated 30th June, 2017. The errata is intended to achieve the above object.
