Bihar Government Commercial Tax Department Notification 13th November 2017 S.O. 265, dated 13th November 2017 -In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1A) of Section 15 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act. 2005 (Act 27 of 2005), the Governor of Bihar is pleased to specify that dealers opting to pay a fixed amount in lieu of the tax payable by them shall pay an amount of two thousand and five hundred rupees in respect of the first quarter of the financial year commencing on the first day of April, 2017.
