Act no. 1 of 2017) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), the Governor, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in Government Notification No. KA.NI-2-854-Xl-9(47)/17-UP.Act-l-2017-Order-(21)-2017 dated 30-6-2017. as amended vide Notification No. KA.NI-2-1634/XI-9(47)/17-U.P.Act-l-2017-Order-(68)-2017 dated 02-11-2017. namely:- AMENDMENT In the aforesaid notification, in para 2, for the figures, letters and words 31 st day of March, 2018 . the figures, letters and words 30 th day of June, 2018 shall be substituted.
