BIHAR GOVERNMENT Commercial Tax Department NOTIFICATION NO.11/2018-STATE TAX (RATE) [S.O. 184], Dated: 28 th May, 2018 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Governor of Bihar, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Commercial Taxes Department Notification No.4/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 29 th June, 2017, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 547, dated the 29 th June, 2017, namely:- In the said notification, after S. No. 6 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely:- Sr. No. Tariff item, sub-heading, heading or Chapter Description of Goods Supplier of goods Recipient of supply (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) 7 Any Chapter Priority Sector Lending Certificate Any registered person Any registered person 2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 28 th May, 2018.
