Central Government specifies CRB Mutual Fund u/s10(23D) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.874 ( E ) DATED 6-12-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (23D) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies CRB Mutual Fund authorised by the Securities and Exchange Board of India and registered in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1993, made under the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), as a mutual fund for the purposes of the said clause.
