GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, dated: July 06, 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2020 (Ordinance No 07 of 2020) (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Ordinance), the State Government hereby appoints the 30th day of June, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 and 12 of the said Ordinance, shall come into force.
