Amendment in Notification No. 83/2020-State Tax, dated the 14th December, 2020, - 17/2021-State Tax - Himachal Pradesh SGST

STATE TAXES AND EXCISE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 17/2021-State Tax Shimla-2, the 27th July, 2021 No. EXN-F(10)-4/2021. -In exercise of the powers conferred by the second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 37 read with section 168 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017(10 of 2017), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of Himachal Pradesh No. 83/2020-State Tax, dated the 14th December, 2020, published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh, vide number EXN-F(10)-14/2020 dated 18th December, 2020, namely :- In the said notification, in the second proviso, after the word and figure April, 2021 , the words and figure and May, 2021 shall be inserted.
