Seeks to bring in force provisions of various rule of Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Rules, 2024 - 09/2025 - State Tax - Chhattisgarh SGST

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), read with sub-rule (1) of rule 1 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Rules, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as rules), issued vide notification No. 12/2024 State Tax, No. F 10-39/2024/CT/V(70), Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department, dated the 28th August, 2024, published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of Chhattisgarh, No. 482, dated the 3rd September, 2024, the State Government hereby appoints the following dates as mentioned in column (3) of the table below, on which the provisions of rules specified in column (2) of the said table, shall be deemed to have come into force, namely: TABLE S.
