Cigarette filter rods - Manufacture in bond under Excise Rule 191B Notification No. 30/88-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 31-10-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred under rule 191B of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby further amends the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 53/59-Central Excises, dated the 9th May, 1959, namely :- In the Table appended to the said notification, after Sr. No. 37 and the entries relating thereto, the following Sr. No. and entries shall be inserted namely : (1) (2) (3) "(38) Cigarette filter rods Viscose Staple fibre, Acetone, Plug Wrap Tissue."
