Manufacture in bond - Rule 191B - Amendment to Notification 53/59-C.E. Notification No. 17/88-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 21-6-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 191B of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 53/59-Central Excises, dated the 9th May, 1959, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, - after Serial No. 36 and the entries relating thereto the following Serial No. and entries shall be inserted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) "37 Textile Hose piping Man-made fibre/yarn/fabrics."
