Amendment to Notification No. 84/87-C.E. Notification No. 12/88-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 18-4-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 56A of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 84/87-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1987, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, for Sl. No. 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entries shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) (4) "1. (a) Snuff 2404.50 2404.50 (b) Creamy Snuff 2404.90 2404.50"
