Amendment to Notification No. 53/59-C.E. - Rule 191B - 06/88 - Central Excise - Non Tariff

Amendment to Notification No. 53/59-C.E. - Rule 191B Notification No. 6/88-C.E. (N.T.), Dated 3-2-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 191B of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 53/59-Central Excises, dated the 9th May, 1959, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, - (i) after Serial No. 19 and the entries relating thereto, the following Serial Nos. and entries shall be inserted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) "19A. HDPE/PP/LLDPE Woven Sacks and bags, whether laminated or not HDPE/PP/LLDPE Woven fabrics of all kinds, both laminated and unlaminate, and HDPE/PP twine/sewing thread. 19B. HDPE/PP/LLDPE Woven fabrics, whether laminated or not HDPE/PP/LLDPE strips and tapes all kinds. 19C. HDPE/PP/LLDPE strips/ tapes/thread HDPE/PP/LLDPE granules powder. 19D. HDPE/PP/LLDPE tarpaulins HDPE/PP/LLDPE laminated fabrics, and HDPE/PP/LLDPE fibrillated twisted thread. 19E. Sandwitch Laminated bags HDPE/PP laminated fabric, Kraft Paper."; (ii) after Serial No. 35 and the entries relating thereto, the following Serial No. and entries shall be inserted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) "36. Shoes Acrylic fur fabrics."
