Amendment to Notification No. 23/86-C.E. - Self Removal Procedure Notification No. 2/88-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 25-1-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 173A of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 23/86-Central Excises, dated the 10th February, 1986, namely :- In the said notification, in the Table annexed to the first paragraph, after item (a), the following item shall be inserted, namely :- "(aa) Potassium Chlorate, falling under Chapter 28.".
