Amendment to Notification No. 171/70-C.E. [G.E. No. 2] Notification No. 162/88-C.E. Dated 3-5-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-rule (1) of Rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 171/70-Central Excises, dated the 21st November, 1970, namely :- In the Table annexed with the said notification in column (2) against Sl. No. 24, for the figures "3003.19", the figures "3003.10" shall be substi tuted.
